What is it?

The Confidence Lift is an 8 week group coaching programme created to give you the tools needed to kick start your journey.

After working with 100's of women I know the first 8 weeks of a fat loss journey can be the most confusing. So, I have designed The Confidence Lift to cut through all of that confusion and give you exactly what you need to get started with building new habits, routines and a better mindset. Through the 8 weeks you will learn how to finally ditch the yo yo diet life, how to train properly and finally start to find your confidence!

You'll be starting 2026 as you mean to go on and for once this will be a diet that doesn't leave you hating life and back at square one in a few weeks!

Who is it for?

The Programme is designed for women who are sick of feeling stuck in the yo yo diet cycle, sick of feeling lost & confused and finally want to make long term changes. For women who know they're capable of more and just need that kick and support to help them get there!

What's Included?

- Access to my app with workout plans to choose from including home plans if you're unable to access the gym!

- Tailored calorie and macro targets with guidance on how to work towards these targets. We will finally get you fuelling your body properly and achieving your goals with a manageable calorie deficit instead of over restricting with low calorie fads!

- Recipe guides & example meal plans to help you structure your nutrition better and give you inspo on how to make best use of your calories! I want to show you that you no longer have to live off plain porridge, salads or chicken and rice! Fat loss doesn't need to leave you hating your life!

- Daily check in logs to help keep you accountable through the week and keep track of data to monitor your progress!

- Weekly check-ins with your coach with personalised feedback to ensure you feel supported, have accountability through your journey and to make sure you're making progress towards your goals!

- A community group chat filled with like minded, supportive women to support you along the way. This will 1000% make your journey better as there is nothing better that women supporting women!

- Weekly educational webinars uploaded into the app to help build your knowledge around different topics such as calorie tracking, how to progress your training, managing social occasions, sleep/ recovery and mindset!

- Group calls with guest specialist covering different topics on mindset and nutrition!
